Season 1Episode: Pilot

Karen's Ziti

"So what, no fuckin' ziti now?"

In the Pilot, and throughout the series, 'ziti' becomes synonymous with food itself. However, Karen's last ziti holds a special, almost sacred place in Bobby Bacala's heart, leading to tension when Janice tries to replace it.

A classic baked pasta dish that symbolizes the comfort and complexity of Soprano family dinners. This is the last ziti Karen Baccalieri made before her passing.
