The "Veal Parm" Hero

Richie orders this at Beansie’s pizzeria. When Beansie offers it to him, Richie declines ('I'm not gonna eat that') and then... well, the coffee pot gets more action than the sandwich. But the sandwich remains a symbol of respect.
Breaded veal cutlets, bubbly mozzarella, and marinara on a crusty roll.
Instructions

Bread: Dip veal in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs in.

Fry: Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet. Fry veal until golden brown and crispy (about 3 mins per side). Drain on paper towels.

Melt: Place the fried veal on a baking sheet. Top each piece with a slice of mozzarella. Broil for 2 minutes until bubbly.

Construct: Slice the rolls open. Spoon marinara on the bottom bread. Lay the cheesy veal on top. More sauce. Top bread.

Serve: Wrap it in white butcher paper. Do not throw it at anyone. Eat it while collecting protection money (or just watching TV).
