Tony’s "Bear Patrol" Pizza

Tony and Carmela are separated. A black bear is terrorizing the backyard. Tony brings pizza for AJ. It’s the universal 'I'm sorry I'm not living here but I still love you' food.
Classic Jersey round pie. Best eaten while holding a shotgun.
Instructions

Stretch: Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). If you have a pizza stone, use it. Stretch the dough into a large 16-inch round. It should be thin. This is Jersey style, not Chicago deep dish.

Sauce: Spread the sauce thin. Leave a 1-inch border for the crust.

Cheese: Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly. Don't use fresh mozzarella balls here; you want the dry, shredded stuff that browns nicely.

Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly brown in spots.

Fold: Slice into huge wedges.

Serve: To eat properly, fold the slice in half lengthwise. Eat it while scanning the tree line for predators.
