Satriale’s Veal Parm Sub

Lost in the snow, Paulie suggests mixing ketchup and relish packets. They should have just eaten this Sub. It's what they dreamed of while freezing in the van.

The sandwich Paulie and Chris dreamed of while freezing in the woods.

Instructions

  1. 01

    Bread & Fry: Bread the veal cutlets standard style. Fry in hot oil until golden.

  2. 02

    The Melt: Place veal on a tray, top with sauce and mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts.

  3. 03

    The Build: Slice the roll. Put the veal inside. Add extra sauce.

  4. 04

    Serve: Wrap in butcher paper. Eat it in a warm car.

  5. 05

    Note: If you find yourself in the woods with a Russian guy, maybe skip the stop at Roy Rogers and just do the job.
