Carmela brings a plate of these out to the pool for AJ. It looks disgusting, it tastes purely like childhood, and it’s the perfect thing to eat while realizing your dad might be a mob boss.

Instructions

Prep: Boil the hot dogs. Yes, boil them. We aren't grilling today; we are wallowing.

Spread: Take the crusts off the bread if you want to be fancy. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.

Roll: Place a hot cooked hot dog on the edge of the bread and roll it up so the bread completely encircles the meat.

Cut: Slice the roll into three or four pieces to make them look like 'logs'.

Serve: Stack them in a pyramid. Eat by the pool while contemplating the ducks in your yard.
