Feech is old school. He doesn't need fancy pastries. He explains that the best way to end a meal is with good peaches and wine. It’s a peasant dessert that tastes like royalty.

Instructions

Clean: Wash the peaches. You can peel them if you want to be fancy, but Feech would probably leave the skin on for texture. Slice them into wedges.

Marinate: Place the peach slices in a bowl. Pour enough red wine over them to submerge them.

Flavor: Add the lemon peel and a sprinkle of sugar if the wine is too tannic.

Wait: Let them soak for at least 15 minutes. The peaches absorb the wine; the wine absorbs the peach juice.

Serve: Eat the peaches with a fork, then drink the infused wine from the bowl.
