Bake: Pour into the crust. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. The center should be set but slightly wobbly (like Tony after a panic attack).

Cool: Turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and let the pie cool inside for an hour (prevents cracking).
